    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Support to handle customer’s technical queries or requirement.
    • Support to handle customer’s product claim.
    • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Provide support in technical seminar/roadshow and technical training.
    QUALIFICATION
    • University graduate (mechanical/ electrical/ chemical engineering).
    • Knowledge of process technology and chemistry in the processing and use of plastic materials / recycling.
    EXPERIENCE
    • At least 3-year experience in same position or in Technical Dept in manufacturing companies in Plastics /
    Metal / Recycling industry.
    SKILL
    • Fluent in English; German knowledge would be an additional asset.
    • Hard working and ability to lead and to work as a team.
    • Ability to think analytically, showing flexibility and capability to make rational decisions.
